These terms regulate the procedure and conditions for delivering goods purchased on our website.

Delivery Services
Goods are delivered through external services such as inDrive, Yandex, Kazpost and other similar providers. We cooperate with reliable and proven partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Calculation of Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery is determined on the basis of the delivery address and the weight of the product and may vary for each order. After the order is confirmed, the customer will receive detailed information about the final delivery cost. The initial delivery fee is 2,000 KZT, which is included when paying for the order. If the final delivery cost differs, the difference will be additionally charged to the customer after the amount is clarified.

Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will depend on the selected service and the delivery region. After placing the order, the customer will be informed of the approximate delivery date.

Order Tracking
After the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the location of the order in real time (provided the chosen delivery service offers such an option).

Other Conditions
All additional matters not governed by these terms are resolved individually between STEMSHOP KZ and the customer.
