Payment by Bank Cards
Payments by bank cards or online are processed through Paybox Money and Kaspi.kz services. Accepted cards include VISA and MasterCard.
Online payment services comply with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard. For security, modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission are used. Card details are entered on a secure FreedomPay page.
Reasons for Payment Rejection
- The card is not enabled for online payments.
- Insufficient funds on the card.
- Incorrect card details entered.
- The card has expired.

Confidentiality
Provided personal information is confidential. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored on the store’s server.
Product Return Policy
- Cash refunds for card payments are not permitted.
- Product returns are governed by Article 14 of the “Consumer Rights Protection” law.
- The consumer may refuse the product before delivery or within 3 days after delivery.
- Returns are only possible if the product’s original condition is preserved and a purchase confirmation document is provided.
To initiate a refund, send a “Request for Refund” and a copy of your passport to: info@stemshop.kz. Refunds are processed within 21 business days.
Incorrect Transactions
For refunds due to erroneous charges, submit a written request with a copy of your passport and receipt/invoice to: info@stemshop.kz. The review period is 21 business days.
