Payment by bank cards or online is processed through Paybox Money and Kaspi.kz services
VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted.
Online payment is carried out in accordance with the rules of the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard on the principles of confidentiality and payment security, using the most advanced methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over secure channels. Card data are entered on the protected FreedomPay payment page. On the page you must enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiry date and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data are printed on the card itself.
The three-digit security code is the three digits on the reverse side of the card.
You will then be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the 3DSecure code sent to you by SMS. If no 3DSecure code is received, you should contact the bank that issued your card.
Reasons for payment refusal:

the bank card is not enabled for online payments, which you can find out by contacting your Bank;

insufficient funds on the bank card. Details about the balance can be obtained from the bank that issued the card;

incorrect card details entered;

the bank card has expired. The expiry date is usually on the front of the card (month and year). For details contact the issuing bank;

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, card number) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Your credit-card data are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.
Return policy
Cash refunds are not allowed for card payments. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of the international payment systems.
The procedure for returning goods is regulated by Article 14 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

The consumer may refuse the goods at any time before they are handed over and within three days after receipt;

Goods of proper quality can be returned if their marketable appearance, consumer properties and the document confirming the purchase are preserved;

The consumer may not refuse goods of proper quality having individually defined properties if they can be used only by that consumer;

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the amount paid, minus the seller’s delivery costs for the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date of the request;
To refund money to a bank card, complete the Refund Application, which the company sends by e-mail on request, and send it with a passport copy to info@stemshop.kz
The refund will be credited to the bank card within twenty-one business days from the date the Refund Application is received by the Company.
To refund money for transactions made in error, send a written request with a passport copy and the receipts confirming the erroneous debit to info@stemshop.kz
The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The period for reviewing the request and refunding begins when the Company receives the request and is calculated in business days excluding holidays and weekends.
