This thrust block consists of a precision high-carbon steel bearing with an 8mm REX internal profile, pressed into a flat fiber-reinforced plastic housing. A key design feature is the bearing flange located flush with the rear surface of the housing. When the block is mounted to a flat surface, the bearing is completely clamped, eliminating axial play and ensuring maximum shaft stability.
The compact dimensions and standard goBILDA 16mm hole pattern (with two additional 8mm center holes) allow the blocks to be used in the tightest layouts. The unique housing geometry is designed in such a way that when two blocks are installed end to end, the distance between the shaft centers is exactly 24 mm, which is ideal for standard center distances in gear drives.
- Weight: 5.6 g (each)

- Housing material: Fiber-reinforced plastic
- Bearing material: High carbon steel
- Mounting pattern: goBILDA 16 mm and 32 mm
- Quantity per package: 2 pcs.
Using a bearing with a REX profile inside the support block not only supports the shaft, but also transmits rotation through the bearing itself, preventing slippage. This is the ideal solution for creating reliable and lightweight transmission assemblies in limited space.
M4 screws are recommended for installation. To ensure perfect alignment when working with REX shafts, first slide the blocks onto the shaft, secure them to the frame, and only then apply the final tightening to avoid distortion and increased friction.
