2319 Series gears are specifically designed for high-torque applications. Large teeth increase the meshing area of the gear with another gear, and the long REX® bore ensures maximum contact with the shaft, ensuring precise rotation without slippage. Installation is a loose fit, without screws.
The bottom of the pinion is designed to mesh perfectly when installed 1.5mm from the inner wall of an 1120 series U-shaped channel (or other 43mm wide design). The 1611 series flange bearing protrudes 1.5mm into the channel when installed externally. When installed internally, a 0.5mm shim can be used to maintain the same clearance.
The titanium nitride coating provides durability and low friction, similar to coatings on high-load tools such as drills.
