The 2320 series gears are specifically designed for high-torque applications. The long D-shaped bore ensures maximum contact between the gear and the shaft, ensuring precise rotation without slippage. Mounting with two clamp bolts ensures a secure fit on the shaft.
A built-in shim is provided at the bottom of the gear for installation next to the bearing without contact with its outer race. When installed in a 43mm wide 1120 series U-channel with a 1611 series bearing, a perfect fit is achieved with 1.5mm clearance.
The titanium nitride coating provides durability and low friction, similar to coatings on high-load tools such as drills.
