DOBOT ROBOTIQ 2F-85 (Use with CR & CRA)

ROBOTIQ 2F-85 is designed to provide maximum versatility for pick-and-place applications across a variety of industries. Unique jaw kinematics allow the gripper to adapt to the object's geometry, using two operating modes: parallel gripping for flat parts and wrap-around gripping for complex-shaped objects. Thanks to integration with the Dobot ecosystem, the gripper is easily configured and programmed, reducing commissioning time.

• Adjustable force: the ability to adjust the compression force in the range from 20 to 235 N allows you to carefully work with fragile objects and confidently hold heavy parts weighing up to 5 kg.
• High operating speed: a maximum opening and closing speed of up to 150 mm / s minimizes the manipulator's working cycle time.
• Precise repeatability: an accuracy of ± 0.05 mm ensures stable positioning of parts, which is critical for precision assembly operations or loading CNC machines.
• Lightweight and reliable: with a low weight of only 0.9 kg, the gripper puts minimal stress on the lifting capacity robot, leaving more capacity for the payload weight.
• Intelligent control: a built-in feedback function allows you to determine the fact of gripping an object and its approximate size, preventing errors in the program.
