Belt Drive
The belt keeps the mechanism simple and dependable. Unlike cables, there’s no need to constantly monitor tension—the belt maintains consistent tension and runs smoothly.
Mounting
Easily attaches to any goBILDA® structure. The flared end features a grid of holes and threaded inserts for firmly securing ServoBlocks™, U-Channel, and other parts.
Any Direction & Compact
The mechanism glides smoothly in any orientation. Maximum stroke length is 696 mm, while the folded length is just 288 mm.
Motor Compatibility
Any motor can be used. The 1201-0043-0005 Quad Block Pattern Mount and 8 mm REX™ Sonic Hub pair perfectly with goBILDA® 5203 Series Yellow Jacket motors.
Adjustable Stroke Length
Driven by a 60-tooth GT2 pulley—each motor revolution yields 120 mm of travel. Full extension takes about 5.8 shaft rotations.
Recommended Fast Motor
A 13.7 : 1 (435 RPM) gearbox is ideal; with it, all four stages extend in under one second. For precise control, use a 5203-series motor encoder.
