The 3415 Series 48-tooth pulley is most often used in projects requiring reduced speed to proportionally increase torque on the output shaft or pipe. When paired with a 16-tooth pulley, a classic 3:1 gear ratio is achieved. The large pulley diameter increases the contact area between the belt and the teeth, virtually eliminating the risk of belt skipping or slippage, even under extreme loads.
A unique design feature of this model is that the pulley is cast from two identical halves (supplied assembled with fasteners). This assembly forms a double-sided flange, which positively centers the belt and ensures its stable operation. The 14 mm diameter center hole is surrounded by a standard goBILDA 16 mm mounting pattern for installation on hubs.
- Weight: 42 g
- Material: Wear-resistant plastic (Nylon/Composite)
- Number of teeth: 48
- Tooth pitch: 5 mm (HTD)
- Center hole (Bore): 14 mm
- Mounting pattern: goBILDA 16 mm
- Color: Black
The pulley is an ideal component for powerful manipulators, lifting systems and wheel drives of heavy robots. The HTD (High Torque Drive) profile with a 5 mm pitch guarantees positioning accuracy and durability of the entire drivetrain.
When mounting, make sure the pulley is securely fastened to the hub using M4 screws. Despite the strength of the plastic, it is recommended to monitor the alignment of the drive to avoid uneven wear of the flanges when operating at large belt skew angles.
