The 3417 Series pulley combines the advantages of direct drive and modularity. The center bore with an 8mm REX profile perfectly matches the shaft shape, creating a secure connection (positive drive) that eliminates rotation under load. A pair of set screws secures the pulley to the shaft, preventing axial movement. A special feature of this model is its four through-holes, arranged according to the goBILDA 16mm standard, allowing the pulley to be mounted directly to hubs, other pulleys, or system components.
The pulley is made of clear-anodized aluminum and features hex counterbores for nuts and screw heads, significantly reducing the overall assembly width during multi-layer installations. A built-in shim on one side allows the pulley to be installed flush with the bearing, allowing the outer race to rotate freely without the need for spacers.
