MecanAM FTC Chassis (No Motor (Hex Hardware)) with No Wheels is designed for teams that require maximum mobility on the playing field. The design supports the installation of Mecanum wheels, which allows for omnidirectional movement and instantaneous velocity changes.

Features and Configuration Options:

• Flexibility: This version includes the hardware for working with hex shafts (Hex Hardware), but does not come with motors and wheels, allowing teams to use their own components.
• Wheel Compatibility: The frame is designed to fit 4-inch Mecanum wheels of the BB (bearing) or HD (heavy-duty) series.
• Motor Support: The design is compatible with NeveRest series motors (Orbital or Hex) with various gear ratios - from a speedy 14:1 to a traction-intensive 20:1.
• Efficiency: The chassis allows for easy maneuvering in tight spaces and effective collision avoidance.

Note: When using NeveRest Hex motors Access to the encoders can be difficult due to the frame's dimensions. This chassis is an excellent foundation for building an advanced drive system for the FIRST Tech Challenge.
