MecanAM FTC Chassis (No Motors) with No Wheels

MecanAM FTC Chassis is a versatile chassis designed specifically for FIRST Tech Challenge teams who require maximum mobility on the field. The design is optimized for use with Mecanum wheels, allowing the robot to move in any direction without rotating the body.

This kit comes without motors and wheels, giving you complete freedom in choosing the drive characteristics:

• Maneuverability: The platform is ideal for avoiding obstacles and precise positioning in a limited space of the playing field.
• Wheel compatibility: The chassis is designed to install 4-inch Mecanum wheels - either a lightweight version on bearings (BB) for a smooth ride, or a reinforced version (HD) for heavier robots.
• Drive support: The design allows the integration of NeveRest series motors (Orbital or Hex) with various gear ratios (14:1 for speed or 20:1 for thrust).
• Reliability: A robust frame provides the rigidity of the entire system necessary for proper operation of omnidirectional transmission.

Note: When using NeveRest Hex motors, access to the encoders may be limited due to the specific layout of this frame.
