The NanoLift – Box Tube Slide Kit is a compact and powerful linear actuator designed for precise and smooth motion. It can be driven by either a servo or a motor and uses the proven Box Tube design for reliable operation.
The actuator features a maximum stroke of 18.5 inches and a compact size of 30x30 mm, allowing it to be installed without blocking shooters or turrets. All components are made of high-quality aluminum and CNC machined to a precision of 0.03 mm. Included are ball bearings, V-bearings, shields, fasteners, mounting plates, and 3D-printed pulleys and parts.
The kit also includes a 64mm hex axle, a 5-axis threaded end mounting plate, a 4-axis 10mm bottom insert, a nut driver tool, and a STEP file for integration. Weighing only 350g, the design ensures smooth and reliable movement even under heavy loads.
Please note: Motor or servo, servo shaft, and assembly tools are not included. Since its release, the tube length has been optimized, with a final stroke of 18 inches and a collapsed length of 302.86 mm.
