NanoLift – Box Tube Slide Kit is a compact and powerful linear actuator designed for precise and smooth movement. It can be driven by a motor or servo and uses the proven Box Tube design for reliable operation.
The actuator has a maximum stroke of 18.5 inches and a compact 30x30mm form factor, allowing it to be installed without blocking shooters or turrets. All components are made of high-quality aluminum and CNC machined to a precision of 0.03mm. Included are Ball Bearings, V-Bearings, Bearing Shields, Fasteners, Mounting Plates, and 3D Printed Pulleys and Parts.
Kit also includes 64mm Hex Axle, 5-Axis Tapped End Mounting Plate, 4-Axis 10mm Lower Insert, Nut Holder Tool, and a STEP File for integration. Weighing only 350g, the design ensures smooth and reliable movement even under heavy loads.
Please note: servo/motor, servo shaft, and assembly tools are not included. After release, the tube length was optimized: the final stroke is 18 inches, and the folded length is 302.86 mm.
