PHYWE Study of temperature dependence of resistors and diodes

Principle. The temperature dependence of an electrical parameter (e.g. resistance, conduction voltage, blocking voltage) of various components is determined. To do this, a set of immersion probes is immersed in a water bath and the resistance is measured at regular temperature intervals. Advantages. One setup for measuring both electrical components and semiconductor diodes as well as blocking voltage.
