The Helical 550 Motor Pinion with 12 teeth is used to transmit power from 550 series motors, such as the HD Hex Motor or NEO 550, exclusively with 20:1 and 40:1 Hex gearboxes (REV-41-1064 and REV-41-1065, respectively). The pinions are pressed onto the motor's 0.125" diameter output shaft. For a tight fit, a drop of locking compound such as Loctite 609 is recommended.
