TileRunner 6WD - Configurable FTC Chassis 6WD to SD Mecanum Upgrade (NeveRest Classic Only)

TileRunner 6WD to SD Mecanum Upgrade (am-3455) allows you to radically change the driving characteristics of your robot by replacing the standard six-wheel drive (6WD) with an omnidirectional transmission. This kit expands the capabilities of the basic TileRunner chassis by adding strafe capability.

Upgrade Kit Features:

• Drivetrain Transformation: Instead of two dual-motor PicoBox Duo gearboxes, four independent PicoBox Uno gearboxes are used, which is necessary for the correct operation of the Mecanum system.
• Wheel Set: The kit includes four 4-inch standard Mecanum wheels (Standard-Duty), replacing the standard Stealth wheels.
• Complete Kit: You get all the necessary shafts, gears, and spacers (spacers) for quick and correct setup of the new configuration.
• Compatibility: This kit is designed for use with classic NeveRest series motors (NeveRest Classic).

Upgrading to the Mecanum system gives the driver a significant advantage in maneuverability, allowing you to smoothly avoid obstacles and change direction movements without turning the robot's body.
