TileRunner Upgrade

TreadRunner Upgrade (am-3969) transforms the standard TileRunner chassis into a powerful all-terrain vehicle. This kit replaces the wheels with a system of two 2-inch-wide toothed belt tracks, allowing the robot to confidently overcome obstacles, climb, and push objects in its path.

TreadRunner Configuration Features:

• High All-Terrain Performance: The track drive is ideal for navigating uneven surfaces and overcoming playfield terrain.
• On-the-Spot Maneuverability: The system maintains the advantage of a low center (drop center) by adding an idler pulley in place of the center wheel. This allows the robot to turn on the fly while maintaining a stable, straight path.
• Reliable Drivetrain: Like standard TileRunner versions, the TreadRunner uses two PicoBox Duo gearboxes and durable aluminum frame components.
• Traction: Wide belts provide a larger contact area with the surface, significantly increasing pushing force.

This upgrade kit is an excellent choice for seasons that require challenging physical obstacles or maximum base stability.
