Description
The NeveRest Orbital Gearmotor (50.9:1, ~130 RPM, Anderson Powerpole) (am-4609a) is a power unit designed for applications requiring significant pulling force. With a 50.9:1 gear ratio, this motor provides confident operation under load at a controlled speed of approximately 130 RPM.
Features & Specifications:
- High Torque: The 50.9:1 gear ratio makes this drive ideal for driving lifts, heavy manipulators, and robotic arms where force is more important than speed.
- Anderson Powerpole Connectors: The power cable is equipped with 15-amp Anderson Powerpole connectors. This is an industrial connection standard that ensures high connection reliability and convenience during frequent robot maintenance.
- Planetary Gear: The 37mm diameter gearbox has a coaxial design (the shaft is located in the center), which simplifies the design of mechanisms and ensures high energy transmission efficiency.
- D-Shaped Shaft: The 6mm diameter output shaft has a flat cut, which ensures reliable engagement with hubs and gears without slipping.
- Accurate Positioning: The built-in Hall effect encoder outputs 356.3 pulses per revolution of the output shaft (7 PPR of the motor × 50.9). This high resolution allows for very precise control of the position of the mechanisms.
- Mounting versatility: Four M3 holes on a 28 mm circle allow the motor to be easily installed in standard brackets and PicoBox series gearboxes.
Important: The encoder connection cable is not included in the delivery set and is selected depending on your control system (REV Controller or similar).
