Robits Cog Drive Kit

Robits Cog Drive Kit (am-5519) is an original solution for converting rotary motion into linear motion.

The operating principle is similar to a rack and pinion: the teeth of a special gear (Cog) engage with the mounting holes of a standard Robits pipe. This ensures reliable force transmission without the need for additional gear racks.

Kit Features:

• Drive Flexibility: The mechanism can be configured to work with either a motor or a servo drive (for extension and retraction).
• Scalability: Thanks to the included sleeve, several of these kits can be combined on a single shaft for synchronous operation.

Please note! To fully assemble the mechanism, you will need additional components not included in this kit:

• Robits aluminum extrusions (0.5 x 0.5 inches) — 2 pcs.
• NeveRest Orbital motor or 5-turn programmable servo.
• Matching shaft adapters (am-3444 for motor or am-4957-0100 for servo).
