The NeveRest Hex Gearmotor (13.7:1, ~482 RPM, 3 in. Shaft) (am-5550_0300_014) is a high-performance drive that combines 482 RPM with the longest available shaft length in the Hex series.

Features and Specifications:

• Extra-Long Shaft: The 3 in. (76 mm) output shaft with a 3/8" Hex profile allows wide wheels, multiple sprockets, or large intake parts to be mounted directly to the shaft without the use of connectors.
• Speed and Dynamic: The 13.7:1 gear ratio provides excellent balance for creating a fast chassis, allowing the robot to move quickly across the field.
• Detachable Power Cable: The motor is equipped with a detachable 12" cable with a connector JST-VH-2, which simplifies servicing and allows direct connection to the REV Control Hub.
• Built-in encoder: The Hall effect sensor delivers 95.9 pulses per revolution of the output shaft (7 PPR * 13.7), providing accurate feedback for stand-alone programs.
• Compatibility: M3 mounting on a 28 mm circle meets the Orbital standard. The end of the shaft is threaded 10-32 for secure component retention.
