B1-16 Super Robot Waterproof Joint
The B1-16 is a high-performance waterproof robotic joint designed for demanding environments. Featuring a weight of 1,740 g and delivering a maximum instantaneous torque of 140 N·m, it offers exceptional power in a compact form factor. With an IP68 protection rating, the joint is fully dustproof and capable of operating underwater.
It operates within a working voltage range of 36–64 V and has a torque constant of 2.165 N·m/A. The RS-485 communication interface supports a 1 kHz control cycle, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
The integrated 15-bit motor encoder provides high-resolution feedback, enabling precise control over torque, angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration, and temperature. Supported control commands include torque, angle, angular velocity, stiffness, and damping, making the B1-16 suitable for a wide range of robotic applications.
